How To Buy
  • Browse our collections and select the item you like. Choose your preferred size and color, then click “Add to Cart”. Once you’re ready, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Checkout”. Fill in your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

  • I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it?

    On the checkout page, you’ll find a “Promo Code” or “Discount Code” field. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive) and click “Apply”. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you confirm payment. Only one promo code can be applied per order.

  • You can place orders as a guest without creating an account. However, registering gives you benefits like order history tracking, faster checkout, saved addresses, and access to exclusive member promotions. You can create an account at any time from the login page.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account and visit the “My Orders” page to view the current status of your order. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days; express shipping takes 2–3 business days.

  • You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Log into your account, go to “My Orders”, select the order, and click “Request Return/Exchange”. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or send your exchange within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of being placed, before they enter processing. To request a change, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified — you would need to follow our return process after delivery.

  • What are the delivery options?

    We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days), Express Shipping (2–3 business days), and Next Day Delivery (order by 12pm, delivered next business day). Shipping costs vary by method and order total. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders over $150 qualify for free standard international shipping.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Yes! Click the heart icon on any product to add it to your Wishlist. You can view and manage your wishlist from the account menu. Wishlisted items are saved to your account so you can come back to them at any time. You can also share your wishlist with friends and family.

Returns & Refunds
  • If your size or preferred color is out of stock, you can click “Notify Me” on the product page to receive an email alert when it becomes available again. You can also contact our customer support team — we can check if restocking is planned or suggest similar alternatives from our current collection.

  • I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

    Sometimes items from the same order are shipped in separate packages if they come from different warehouses. Please check your email for multiple shipment notifications. If an item is still missing after 10 business days, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate and arrange a re-shipment or refund.

  • We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the incorrect or defective item. We will arrange a free return collection and send you the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours.

  • Items in your cart are not reserved and can sell out before you complete checkout. To avoid missing out on popular items, we recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible. Once payment is confirmed, your items are reserved and your order is secured. Adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve stock either.
